Manufacturing Process of Recovered Carbon Black (rCB)

Step-by-Step Process

01. Tyre Collection & Sorting

Discarded tyres are collected and carefully sorted to remove non-rubber materials. This ensures a clean and efficient pyrolysis process.

02. Shredding & Pre-Treatment

The tyres are shredded into smaller pieces, increasing surface area for uniform heating inside the reactor. This boosts efficiency and improves Carbon Black recovery.

03. Pyrolysis

Shredded rubber is heated in a controlled, oxygen-free environment. The process breaks it down into pyrolysis gas, fuel oil, steel, and Carbon Black.

04. Gas Condensation & Oil Recovery

The gas produced is cooled into liquid fuel oil for industrial use. Remaining gases are reused to power the system, making the process energy-efficient.
